The agent's response
The agent’s response is what came back after you used Ask agent on an item in Decisions. It sets out what the agent found, and keeps the decision underneath, so you can decide it there. Open it from the list under Ask agent on the item’s card, or from the “Agent response” line on an Expanded card.
The page is laid out like a topic:
- The path at the top goes back to the place’s page in Decisions. Full width and Full screen sit beside it.
- The title is the decision to take, and a line says which option the agent recommends.
- The details hold what it’s about, who asked, and when it was asked and answered. Contents jumps to a section.
- You asked. Your question to the agent, in your words.
- Findings. One finding to a row, with the keys of the topics and initiatives it came from. Each key opens its item.
- Not found. Anything the agent looked for and couldn’t find.
- Recommendation. Why it recommends this, and what would change the recommendation.
- The decision. The item’s own card. Decide it here as you would in Decisions.
The agent works on your question in your chat on the topic or initiative. While it does, the page says “The agent is still working on it. Its response will appear here.” It never decides. When you take the decision, what it found appears on the decision’s page on the Decision Map, under Agent findings.
When you’ve asked more than once, each request has its own response. The list under Ask agent has them all, newest first.
A response for an item that was decided, or isn’t yours, says “This response can’t be opened. It was settled, or it belongs to someone else.”
